Feedback is just about customer service. Verification process had some hick-ups since it uses a different flow as I'm used to. After being rejected a few times I of course instantly looked for customer service contact. This was easy and quick. MJ was great, in this age of AI chatbots it was a breath of fresh air to be supported by someone that actually supports instead of repeating the same FAQs.
